What causes an inability to eat or drink?

28 Feb

I am painfully full after eating just 1/2 bowl of soup. I am only able to eat once a day, and it feels like my stomach is tearing. Yet, I feel hungry. Also, I am only able to drink one glass of any type of liquid a day. I do not drink soda and, I rarely drink coffee or tea. I have been like this for a week and I’m starting to pass out, probably from lack of proper nutrition. Any ideas?
