you know the packing water/liquid in canned fish like Salmon? Well when it says something on the ‘Nutrition Facts’ lable Is it counting the packing liquid and the fish or just the Fish itself?
Im asking because I usually drain the fluid from the canned salmon I eat and Im wondering if in doing so Im actually getting rid of some of the nutrients like the good Fatty acids.
ill gladdely give the person who has the best answer 10 points
just fish, the fluid is there to keep it hydrated

Sorryyy to dissappoint you,
But it’s just the fish.
You’re supposed to drain the liquid.
