I don’t want any regimen that has me popping 18 pills a day, nor a bunch of powders, liquids, etc.
But I don’t want to short change on nutrition either.
What’s a reasonable plan?
Just take one-a-days for your body, and you should get omega-3s because those are good for your mind. Those with a well balanced diet will be close to perfect.
the best of the best, only 4 a day gives you all the basics plus more, in good doses. Willvite from willner.com, which is willner chemists in New York City. or call 1800-633-1106

The basic one-a-day is essential. You might find a twice a day combo that gives you all you want. The advantage to that woudl be that some nutrients are best taken in the morning and some in the evening.
I prefer to take some pills in the morning and some in the evening.
In the morning, I take my one-a-day, my 1st Glucosamine/Chondroitin tablet (for joint pain) and biotin (for healthier nails).
In the evening, I take my 2nd Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Calcium/Magnesium (very essential for women to prevent bone loss), Vitamin E and Fish oil soft gel (Omega 3s – good for the heart – better if you just eat fish, but I don’t care for fish).
That is 3 pills in the morning and 4 in the evening.
What you might take will depend on what your needs are.

How about instead of popping pills, why not spend your money buying good, delicious fruits, and vegetables? Beats vitamin pills anytime!

The best thing you could do for your health is to go for a walk every day. This will take away stress and if you walk fast enough will give you some cardiovascular exercise. Avoid just grabbing a vitamin without researching it. Eat more bread, whole grain bread has lots of fiber which your body uses to move food along and help absorb nutrients.
So a lot of the vitamins that your body needs you can get in the food you eat and it is easier on your throat then a big freaking horse pill. Some vitamins that people are generally deficient in are vitamin D and vitamin B12. Vitamin D you can get from the sun and some fruits like tomatoes. Vitamin B12 vegetarians and women generally have a problem with because they don’t eat as much meat as men do.
