    And yet I was right; sometimes you have to tell people not to be such assholes…

  3. hotfudgemoney says:

    Yeah you did…

    Yeah you did…

    LOLUMAD.

    @MichaelnChristine

    You are right, I got too emotional :P

  5. MichaelnChristine says:

    @Metsada007 He …
    @Metsada007 He isn’t worth it mate. Ignore it, let it evolve! :) Reading about our food chain creepifying in the extreme! I knew McDonalds was crap but I can’t even find milk that doesn’t have more then 2-3 ingredients!

  6. Metsada007 says:

    Apart from eating …
    Apart from eating healthy, I’m also physically active. There goes your theory that it is only the ones with issues who deny the effectiveness of physical activity and proper eating/sleeping habits.

  7. Metsada007 says:

    Then tell us what …
    Then tell us what will help wiseguy. You must be one of those morons who thinks that you can snap out of it. Be happy that you’re lucky enough not to experience chronic depression and/or anxiety. Stop insulting people. Your attitude is truly idiotic. It’s like me telling people with cancer or some chronic disease to stop feeling sorry for themselves.

  8. Metsada007 says:

    @ RandyBful1

    I …
    @ RandyBful1

    I don’t eat processed food, I eat very healthy yet I’m always anxious and depressed. Hence your claim that all illnesses are caused by the poisons in the food and drugs is completely wrong.

  9. motv8ed says:

    Please don’t feel …
    Please don’t feel as though I am discounting your statement, it appears you are interested in learning about this. It does take some time, not long though to wipe your mind of much of the brainwashing and put new stuff on it. You have to condition it so it stays too. You have to stay away from the bad habits or things you want out and replace them with new things you want. If you want referrals to some great material I would be happy to help. Find love peace and happiness, then spread it!

  10. motv8ed says:

    Metsada007,

    I …
    Metsada007,

    I like you felt this way much of my life. I am 40 now and have spent the last two years of my life delving into personal development. I did much of the same thing in my 20s but with money as my goal for learning. I wish had went with personal development. It is what you focus on. I know that sounds lame, but it’s true. You have to be in the right mindset and it works. You are correct your choices affect your mood, just continue to make ones that serve you well.

  11. motv8ed says:

    Well after seeing …
    Well after seeing what this has done to many people I’ve known, it’s shocking to learn how they pump these people full of drugs and they aren’t prosecuted; to me they are the drug dealers!
    I watched a movie last night it kinda put this thread back on my mind. Take it in and connect the dots. The movie is called “Surrogates”

  12. RandyBful1 says:

    I’m sure the drug …
    I’m sure the drug situation is the same in Canada as the U.S.. When you see a doctor, here, the first thing he/she says is”Here’s a drug I’d like you to try”! I can’t even remember how many “sample” drugs I’ve been given. I don’t even have a doctor, now. They’re not only useless most of the time, but also detrimental to my health! I listen to my body. At least it tells me the truth.

  13. motv8ed says:

    Speaking the TRUTH. …
    Speaking the TRUTH. We [USA] consume 80% of the drugs and are only 5% of the worlds population! That should scare the SH*T out of everyone! This video is awesome as is much from the psychetruth, these are very contribution based videos. People are are negative about these aren’t on the social level yet. Let’s hope they’ll gain control of their minds and help as many people while they are here as possible. RandyBful1 thanks for sharing your story.

  14. hotfudgemoney says:

    Why is it only the …
    Why is it only the ones with issue who deny the effectiveness of physical activity and proper eating/sleeping habits? They love to talk about how “fucked up” it is that you’re belittling their problems. God forbid, how could you ever expect me to overcome my problems without man-made drugs~?!?~

    Pharmaceuticals disgust me. Feeling sorry for yourself and exclaiming how “fucked up” you are isn’t going to help you feel better.

    i disgree with …
    i disgree with everything that is in this video you can have health and still be troubled in life.
    life is suffering, the key is acceptness. the guy is full of he hasnt suffered enough to realize that suffering is realitive to everyone. there is no answers to suffering other than to experiance it and explore it. this clip must a lot of people off. there is abit more to life than just the physical. the guys a wanker. the anwer to life is not what is around us but space between.

  17. lycaonpictus77 says:

    @RandyBful1

    I /am …
    @RandyBful1

    I /am/ a little girl. If you wanna stop wasting your time than stop replying. Me, I’ve got plenty of time.
    And you see what I mean about the generalizations? Just because the generation before you was nuts doesn’t mean your generation is/was.

  18. RandyBful1 says:

    I don’t use lame …
    I don’t use lame words like “whippersnapper”; that was my father’s generation. That’s right; I’m almost 60 and if you spent two hours in the gym with me, I’d make you look like a little girl, so take a hike, bitch! Enough of my time wasted!

  19. lycaonpictus77 says:

    @RandyBful1

    @RandyBful1

    Nothing my ass. Just because I’m a kid doesn’t mean I know NOTHING. That’s like me assuming you’d call me a whippersnapper or something because you’re old. You can’t just make generalizations, it’s hardly a wonder you had issues with an attitude like that.
    Ne, seems to me you’re just at a loss for a better reply. Next’ll probably be some sort of indignant rebuttal, right? You oughta grow up before lecturing me on how retarded I am.

  20. RandyBful1 says:

    You’re right; …
    You’re right; you’re only fifteen. Grow up before attempting to comment on matters of which you know nothing!

  21. lycaonpictus77 says:

    @RandyBful1

    Oy, I …
    @RandyBful1

    Oy, I don’t work for anyone, “dumbass,” I’m fifteen. My head’s always been up, since before I was even on solid food, and you’re saying I can fix it by eating non-processed whatever? That’s up. Even if did all that it wouldn’t stop me from being depressed or whatever, it’s just a load of crap aimed at adults.

  22. RandyBful1 says:

    Do you eat “foods” …
    Do you eat “foods” that contain HFCS, MSG, artificial sweeteners, synthetic chemical (Azo) dyes? Most of the so-called “food” today, is nothing but empty calories at best. Get back into the exercise. I can’t imagine life without exercise; except when I was sick from the drugs a year ago and could barely get off my bed for about a year. That’s some scary shit! I’m in good health, now, eating mostly fruits and vegetables (organic when possible), eggs and nuts for protein and I’ll be 60 this summer

  23. RandyBful1 says:

    Morons like you …
    Morons like you never cease to amaze me. Do you work for Big Pharma? ADD is caused by the poisons in the food and drugs – dumbass! Most of the illnesses – if not all – are caused by the poisons in the food and drugs. I had ADHD and many other problems. I got off all my drugs; I stopped eating processed food (all of it) and I stopped eating fast food. I’m now healthier than I was ten years ago, when I was 50! Welcome to the Matrix!

  24. MsChriscraft says:

    Drugs always harm …
    Drugs always harm the body which makes the mind sicker.

  25. Metsada007 says:

    @aaronmdutton

    yes, choices affect mood although it may or may not be enough, but it does affect how you feel.
