I don’t eat soy. I used to, but not anymore. It’s very mucous-forming and slows down the body’s healing capabilities, as well as digestion.

  2. 1THETRUTH10 says:

    I thought the …
I thought the thinking on SOY,was that it`s not so good for you?? Apparently it raises estrogen levels!
    Whats your thinking on SOY?

    hi, could you post …
hi, could you post a video on what you eat in a typical day and what excercise you do? i go to the gym 4 days a week and try to eat healthy but i like to see what others are doing to get ideas on how to improve my routine!

  5. TwistedFoolPT says:

    Is the FAQ video …
Is the FAQ video you’re planning to put up going to explain the little boxes on your diary on your “Day in the life” on WeightLossLosers? I’m quite curious about that =D I’m in love with that video btw, awesome job. I’ve checked TONS of your videos – I plan to check them all out eventually – and I’ve learned a lot (I LOVE your grocery hauls! I wish I could buy as much organic stuff as you do). Have fun in CA! ;)

I’m actually going to do a FAQ video soon – but no more Q&As are planned right now — maybe when I get back from CA :D

  7. ESWTAW says:

    You haven’t done a …
You haven’t done a Q&A in a while. I really enjoy hearing other people’s questions and your thoughts on them. Will you be doing any more Q&A videos?

  8. DarkSunshineRain says:

    Yeah but other …
Yeah but other people that may be seeing this don’t. My mom thinks that keebler or nabisco make natural cookies but I say some with propylene glycol or some like that. And hydrogenated oils.

  9. antishay says:

    I do – I always …
    I do – I always read labels… but the differences I described remain :)

  10. DarkSunshineRain says:

There is no way to …
There is no way to guarantee that natural food really doesn’t have crap in it. It’s propaganda. Most of the manufacturers just jumped of the bandwaggon after the organic revolution. Read the label, don’t just trust the natural level!

ive heard water can be used as an appetite suppressent-i totally agree.i believe u should drink a glass before a meal not drink in between each bite. the water u drank before the meal already filled ur stomach up! if u take a drink or sip in between each meal itll most likely cause u to go to the bathroom and get hungry making u eat more.you all know your bodies! take care and thank you for letting me share.antishay what do u mean about the sugar like the sachrin

I’ve never tried a salt substitute before… I will need to research!

  17. antishay says:

    Veggie meats made …
Veggie meats made from soy will be high in protein, and also cheese, soy milk and regular milk, nuts and beans. You can also take a protein supplement if need be.

  18. weightloss30 says:

if you’re 100% vegetarian…you can still have: pease, bean (but be aware that they’re high on callories)
If you have milk products: then the prob is issued

  21. antishay says:

    Thank you :)

    You …
    Thank you :)

You need to only have how much protein as you need – no reason to overdo it.

  22. antishay says:

    Water is awesome to …
Water is awesome to drink always, although drinking right before bed may lessen your quality of sleep because you’ll have to pee in the middle of the night (consciously or unconsciously). Milk counts as food.

  23. antishay says:

    Stevia is great and …
Stevia is great and all-natural and in 400 years has never hurt anyone – it’s AWESOME. However, I just don’t see the point in spending the money $10-$15 so I take the 30 calories and have sugar instead :P

However, if you’re trying to stay away from simple carbs, then eliminate the sugar and use Stevia.

I also hear that it’s got a strange flavor when you use larger quantities, but I’ve never tried it :)

  24. sarzxy says:

    does the same thing …
does the same thing apply about eating before bed with drinking? can you drink water or milk before bed?
    thx for info

  25. Krysb107 says:

    Stevia is in it’s …
Stevia is in it’s natural state unlike Splenda, and other artificial sweetners, so it is a better choice.

  26. yoda says:

You still need to check the labels on stevia products. Truvia, for example apparently is really about 99% erythritol.

I use SweetLeaf stevia, which I believe is the purest stevia product on the market. The only thing that they blend it with is soluble inulin fiber (in the fiber). it also has 0 calories, 0 carbs, and a 0 glycemic index!
