You need to do a GOOGLE on “Codex Alimentarius”…it is worldwide effective as of 12-31-2009…and makes vitamin enrichment of food illegal, it also mandates irradiating foods that are not grown and ate locally. So…when you don’t have iron in your system because they quit enriching breads, and soups are devoid of nutrition…your call. Estimates are, after CA implements, up to 1/3-of the world will starve to death…but you know this already…right?

I take vitamins every single day. Have been for the past 15 years. I feel great. I also run pretty much every day and do 100 pushups a day. If you eat a balanced diet, you don’t need vitamins, yes, this is true, but some people eat and wonder why they feel so sluggish and miserable.
