40% meat is too much for a balanced diet.
20% fat is too low.
This is basically the recommendations regarding the macronutrients:
*45-55E% carbs (25/38g fiber and <10E% refined sugar)
*25-35E% fat (<10E% saturated)
*10-15% protein (Combinate different sources and increase intake if you work out hard)
E% = Energy percent = % of energy you get from a nutrient compared to the daily intake (fat =9 kcal/g, carbs=4kcal/g, protein=4kcal/g)

Thank god! Someone talking about positive eating habits. First, we are carnivores, we’re designed that way. Second, eat breakfast. 40% Meat, 20% cmplex carbs, 20% fruits and vegies, 20% fats (meat fats or fruit fats). That is all. This guy is on point.
