I am 5,8″ and 120 …
I am 5,8″ and 120 pounds, and even I eat more than that. But I think that is just to show you the portion not the amount. I will eat the same precentages but more of it, for example two or three plates of the one they show.
I am not a dietitian, but I think that is ok.

What if you don’t …
What if you don’t need to lose weight, but would like to start eating this type of diet? And what if your blood sugar runs on the low side? Do you skip right to Wave 3?
