But the latest studies demonstrate that cautions about “too much” soy are groundless.” Ya know.. one min. they tell us one thing then the next it’s a totally different story. Grrr…..

    I love natural food but living in IOwa we do not have very many cool places to shop, What we do have is local dairy and produce. I get my meat from the locker where the animals are treated well and not given hormones.

    About the soy in your coffee…when I was trying to make a small professor (yes, my ex was a professor!), like you are planning on doing, I read somewhere that soy has the ability to “kill” a lot of the…oh my…is it ok to say “swimmers” (?) before they reach goal… U C? Sounds weird, I know, but maybe worth checking out.
