    @licasixpack Soy …
@licasixpack Soy along w peanuts were used by george washington carver 2 make PLASTICS. Nature did not make this product. It also depletes ur body of iron & makes 1 anemic & robbing the body of calcium. Fermented (aka spoiled),org. Just came back from China & they eat something called stinky tofu-smells really bad so why wld 1 eat it. Wheat(un-natural) is nothing but acid which creates mucus in the body. Hope u dnt glasses cuz the mucus is invading ur pancreas as a result of wheat & soy intake

  3. licasixpack says:

flowerlinaaa: If you don’t cook your fish you risk the chance of parasites. Many years ago I worked on a japanese processer ship. I worked the line for checking for parasites. I know I wasn’t 100% accurate and like a lot of jobs I really didn’t care. sorry.

  7. appaloosasport says:

    Wow… a doctor who …
Wow… a doctor who is actually knows something. I am shocked. Wake up people, you have eyes on the front of your face, making you a predator. And take a look at your teeth, you are an omnivore. You are supposed to eat meat, and you miss more than just protein when you go “vegan.” Tofu is fine in reasonable amounts like everything else. But you shouldn’t live on it.

  8. MumboJumboTheatre says:

    If it’s so normal …
If it’s so normal to eat meat then why don’t you eat it raw for now on and let me know how it turns out for ya. What then will you be RECOVERING from , Doctor ?

  15. MisledDan says:

    Don’t you think …
Don’t you think they’ve developed an immunity against the negative side effects of soy, considering that they’ve been consuming it for how many millenia now?

It’s a lot like how people of European ancestry can tolerate dairy products better than others.

  16. mountainrose0426 says:

    Did she say “The …
Did she say “The Asians?” wtf?
And “the Asians” also eat TOFU, which is soy!
Anything that you eat too much of can hurt you in some way, not just soy.

there goes the reason, your weight is already low

  18. iamcasihart says:

All that I know is …
All that I know is that I switched from dairy milk to STRICTLY soy milk and at times, rice milk. I did not do a lot of exercise and the only other things that I did were cut out alcohol and fried foods from my diet. I drank a large amount of soy milk daily. Within 6 months, I lost 80 pounds! I am not kidding. So…whatever. I trust what happened and I trust soy milk. =)

  19. Illuminated7 says:

is soy lecithin also considered harmful–please help

  20. istotatora says:

    Did you listen to …
Did you listen to what Dr. Sellman said? They eat fermented soy like miso, natto or tempe that degrades the phytates, or chelators that leech our calcium, magnesium, etc. It’s yucky because it’s a goitrogen, depleteing your thyroid, not to mention the phytoestrogens in it.

  21. TheCavemanRunneth says:

    I also don’t eat …
I also don’t eat dairy products but have you considered that unpasteurized milk from a free range grass fed cow is not unhealthy for you? I’m not necessarily agreeing with everything this lady is saying but there is also other alternatives to Soy. I quite enjoy almond milk and hemp milk.

  22. katuray33 says:
